• Education

The Lennox Foundation annually funds its own scholarship program, the Lennox Scholars. Each year ten graduating seniors are selected from Red River County graduates for this honor.

  • Conservation

The Lennox family members actively supported nearby 4-H clubs and conservation efforts by the Soil and Water Conservation Districts in Red River, Lamar and Fannin Counties.

  • Preserving Community Infrastructure

Because Red River County is an economically distressed area, the Foundation has been active in providing grants that improve the quality of life for its residents.

  • Historical Preservation

Family history and historical preservation were keen interests for the Lennox family. Martha Lennox was interested in family genealogy and one of the founders of the Red River County Historical Society.

  • Land & Nature Preservation

During their lifetimes, Martha, David and Bagby Lennox recognized the need to preserve natural resources in Red River County.
